This has come my way although I don’t know very much about it.
On the 24th November in Glasgow University there is a one day symposium entitled “The Apothecary’s Chest: Magic, Art & Medication”.
Although the Programme link doesn’t appear to have any information yet you can get a flavour by going to the site – [url:q1g1he83]http://www.arts.gla.ac.uk/apothecary/[/url] – and clicking on the Introduction link.
I would be very interested tp hear if anyone has further information on it or ends up attending the event.
