Hi,
Unique chance to obtain a copy of the Green Stone video.
This was produced many years ago (mid 1980s?) by the Green Stone team and features Gaynor and Marion Sunderland, Graham Philips, Martin Keatman etc talking openly and frankly about their experiences.
You won’t see copies of this video anywhere and nor, I suspect, will those concerned with its production be making it available in any other form (the 1980s haircuts are more than the general public could take!).
One copy only and I’m asking for offers above £30.
Happy Trails

I was wondering how you got hold of this? Is this something you produced yourself? Are there any copyright issues, etc?

April 13, 2006 at 6:40 pm #2114Hi,
No copyright issues because it’s not a copy, it’s an original and therefore saleable. I’ve copied it to DVd and therefore no longer need the video.
Hope this helps
April 13, 2006 at 10:00 pm #2115It sounds interesting. Perhaps you could give more info; – what is the duration of the footage, 15 mins or over an hour? What sort of topics are discussed ( you could describe without giving too much away)
I suggest you wait at least a week. Not all the members of this forum are constantly watching. The longer you wait the more people you’ll have interested… maybe post a selling day, give people time to plan ahead.
Most people are dvd tho, these days.
Best of Luck.
April 17, 2006 at 7:45 pm #2117I would be interested in seeing this or hearing more details at least.
Perhaps whoever buys it will be good enough to sell copies so that not only one person can benefit, but the whole questing community.April 18, 2006 at 6:11 pm #2120Hi,
All I can tell you is that it contains the key players in the Green Stone saga talking about their experiences.
I can’t offer copies due to copyright issues. It’s an extremely scarce video (have you even heard of it before?) in it’s original case (which shows a pic of the Green Stone itself).Andy[/i]
April 18, 2006 at 7:13 pm #2121Hi, and thanks.
Copyright issues? It’s a homemade video I assume not a professional official release.
I’m sure none of the protagonists have a problem with this video being out there, if so – then why?
Why must everything be about selling to the highest bidder where it might be ferreted away never to see the light of day, like the Green Stone itself?Surely it is good that this thing is seen by as many people as possible.
Proceeds of each sale could go to the contributors, i.e. GP, AC and co.It makes sense does it not?
Just my 2 cents. No disrespect intended.

Semi professional I’d say and, at the time, sold for profit. Therefore with copyright restrictions.

You’re sure because…..?
I would suspect that they’d find it a teensy bit embarrassing!

As opposed to giving it away you mean?
>Surely it is good that this thing is seen by as many people as possible.
>Proceeds of each sale could go to the contributors, i.e. GP, AC and co.It certainly is – why don’t you buy it then you can copy as many as you want to DVD and give them away if you choose. If it’s not sold soon I’ll just give it away anyway, but it won’t be within the PQ community then.
>Just my 2 cents. No disrespect intended.
None taken.

** You say you are excepting bids of over £30? What is the current bid offer, may I ask? If no one has brought yet I am prepared to put in a bid for £31. **
Thanks.
April 20, 2006 at 4:49 pm #2127Ok, your bid of £31 is the first and highest bid. Bidding open until 4.20 pm on Beltane.
