Dan Green visits the remains of the Temple Bruer Preceptory, Lincolnshire, to show connexions with Rennes-le-chateau. Seems like somebody got there before him, as somebody has expertly removed two stone slabs from a wall to reveal a sealed cubby hole......wonder if they found anything? Hi there yet again! The lastest installment of relentless author Dan Green's efforts to prove that the Grail - most probably the secret documents of Mary Magdalene - remain at a pin-pointed location within the precincts of the Gothic Cathedral at Lincoln can be found at: http://www.ellisctaylor.com/cjlincolngandss.html Dan, we learn, this very week is in the process of having the Cathedral aligned and orientated by maths, geometry and astronomy to endevour to prove a scientific connexion with the dogstar Sirius, which would go some way to further corroborating his work, a mild compensation for the Cathedral reneging on their original decision to allow a GPR scan at the site.

A few quick updates from Paul Weston, tying in with the recent release of his book Mysterium Artorius.

Firstly, he is appearing at one of the Avalon Rising events at LaLune cafe in Glastonbury where he will be giving a 45 minute talk on the book and then signing copies afterwards. This is taking place at 19:00 on Thursday 24th January, 2008 (this coming Thursday!) More details on Avalon rising's site here: http://www.avalonrising.co.uk/Events.html

If you can't make that, then you can still hear Paul speak courtesy of a recent podacst of Geoff Ward's Mysterious West programme. The download can be found via this link: http://www.westerndailypress.co.uk:80/displayNode.jsp?nodeId=229793&command=newPage.

Lastly, to get a flavour of the book online, check out Paul's own website here: http://www.mysteriumartorius.co.uk/book.php. There are three previews available right now and a fourth scheduled to be released very soon.

Sauniere Model Represents...Lincoln!

Just before his death, Saunière commissioned the construction of a three-dimensional model map depicting, on the face of it, Jerusalem.
Researcher André Douzet has previously suggested that the maquette actually shows Rennes-Le-Château (see here for an extract from his book which gives an overview of his thinking with regards the model: http://perillos.com/model.html ).

However, Callum Jensen (aka The Green Dan) has now ingeniously argued that the model can be much more convincingly shown to represent Lincoln. Read Callum's full article here: http://farshores.org/a07lc.htm.

Book review: The Sacred Quest

The "positive thinking" approach to self-improvement has recently converted a whole new generation thanks to Rhonda Byrne's bestselling book "The Secret". From reading Steven Heller's "Monsters and Magical Sticks" in my late teens through to the recent "Soulcraft" by Bill Plotkin, I have ingested a steady stream of such thinking and while I can appreciate the slickness of Rhonda Byrne's packaging, I don't find a whole lot that's new in it. Having said that, I can immediately name three people (all women if that is significant) who claim to have had their lives significantly altered by reading "The Secret".

To that I can now add a fourth - Louise Langley, author of "The Sacred Quest". Louise begins her tale as she is contemplating a separation from a husband she admits has done nothing wrong. Clearly, however, there are fundamental spiritual and psychological changes taking place within the author's psyche and a constant thread through the book - admitted, as is so much else in this book, bravely and openly - is her emotional turmoil as she struggles to understand the changes that are ripping her old self apart. The number of times that someone (usually the author herself) is described as crying is phenomenal and the sense of a life turned upside down, palpable.

Temple Booklet#11I always regard The Temple booklet as being like a taster menu in your favourite posh restaurant. You know that you generally like what they serve but each new supplement brings its own surprises. The helpings are small but introduce you to ideas that you might not have ordered yourself. Some of the servings are complete in their own right but others point the way to a "full-size" version with the taster letting you know what you can expect from the bigger dish.

Thus it is with Issue 11 of The Temple...(Click on "Read More" below to see the full review).

Hello there! You've featured my work in the past - The Lincoln Cathedral Da Vinci Code (an actual Code at the Gothic Cathedral) and how it amalgamates with the parchments and mystery of Rennes-le-Chateau...I'd like now if you could share my latest findings which reveals the head the Knights Templar held secret, and the puzzling Panel painting at Templecombe, Somerset, which held the clue. Please visit the feature at: http://farshores.org/a07tq.htm

[Webmaster's note - I love the punchline to this story - you'll have to read the article above to find out what I mean.  Also for a recap of all "Dan Green's" investigations to date you should definitely check out the "17 Questions with Dan Green" article on Andy Gough's website - http://www.andrewgough.co.uk/17questions_dangreen.html ]
